AOPA UK Sponsored Young Aviators Event
AOPA sponsors these events:
Application for AOPA Sponsorship for Aviation Event/STEM Activity AOPA UK will consider sponsoring of worthy Aviation events and STEM activity in the UK, up to a maximum £1,500 per event unless there are exceptional reasons to exceed this and remain within our budget allocation. We will prioritise requests for future events/activities on the following basis: 1) The request has come from an AOPA UK member (individual or Corporate) who will be involved with the event or STEM activity. 2) The request has come from a credible non-AOPA UK member but is endorsed by an AOPA UK member, or members, who will be involved with the event or STEM activity. 3) The event/activity provides AOPA an opportunity to promote itself. 4) All event/activity publicity will publicise AOPA as a sponsor in a prominent position, using logos and wording approved by AOPA and, where relevant, include a link to the AOPA Uk website. 4) The event/activity will promote GA and its opportunities for career and/or recreation to a new audience, especially younger generations, females, ethnic minorities, disabled and/or disadvantaged persons. 5) The event/activity will be educational, hands on and promote STEM learning opportunities offered by Aviation. 6) The event/activity provides an opportunity for AOPA members to be involved. AOPA UK makes no guarantee that your request will be met nor that we will have made a decision in advance of your planned event/activity date if we have had insufficient time to review your application.
